What do you like least about your job?
No one outside of the office really understands my job or role within the office .

What is the hardest thing about being a mom who also works?
Trying to find balance.  I always feel guilty that I am either failing my career or my daughter.

What is the best thing about being a mom who also works?
Knowing that everything I am doing benefits my daughter and her future.

Sometimes as moms we think we can "do it all". Do you think this is possible?
Sometimes yes, but sometimes something has to give and it's ok to ask for help. It's like the saying it takes a village to raise a family.

Mom-guilt is something a lot of moms struggle with. Is this something that you struggle with? Is there anything you do to help you overcome/get through your mom guilt?
Yes I struggle with this, but now that I have seen how much my daughter has grown from daycare i see that her socialization with other children is very important.

What advice would you give to a new mom who is trying to balance her family and her job?
Don't ever let anyone judge you, all moms do what they need to do to best take care of their family.  It's ok to miss your child but treasure the time you do get to spend together.
